  • If you use an e-wallet, we may ask you to send us an account statement on which a transaction appears;
  • A copy of a valid ID card, Passport, or Driving License (both sides);
  • A copy of a recent utility bill with your name (preferably water, electricity bill). It must be issued within the last 3 months and have the same address as the registered address in your account details.
