1. Withdrawals
1.1 Accounts are not transferable. You shall not grant access to your account to any third party.
1.1.2 When making changes to your account You may be required to submit updated information as may be requested to verify your account.
1.1.3 If You disagree with the outcome of any particular gambling offered by Our Casino, you must notify us as a complaint, not later than seven calendar days after the date of your session.
1.2 You may request a withdrawal at any time from your real money balance (excluding the bonus wallet).
1.2.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR/CAD. For other currencies, the information is mentioned on the withdrawal page.
1.3 Your account must be verified, i.e. all verification documents must have been sent to process your withdrawal.
1.4 For unusual and large winnings there is a standard 5,500 EUR/CAD withdrawal limit per week.
1.4.1 For VIP users, other terms may apply as agreed with the VIP manager.

1.5 Withdrawals will be processed within 2 business days (for VIP users, other terms may apply, as agreed with the VIP manager) if all the documentation requested has been accepted and verified by Us. It can take between 1 and 5 days to receive the funds depending on the method.
1.5.1 For unusual/large winnings, an additional delay may take place in order to verify the conformity of the winnings.
1.6 To withdraw funds, You are instructed to use the same method that was used to deposit if it is available. Otherwise, You may select the bank transfer option.
1.6.1 We reserve the right to cancel a withdrawal to send it to a different payment method at our sole discretion.
2. Bonus
2.1 Wild Sultan offers a 'Real Money Wallet' made of all funds available to withdraw and 'Bonus Wallets' made of bonus money.
2.2 The bonus wagering requirements may vary according to the country You are located in. The default wagering requirement is 35 times the amount of the bonus.
2.3 Not all games contribute the same percentage to the bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Slot Machine games contribute 100%. All other games contribute 5%.
2.4 The bets from the Real Money Wallet will not count in the wagering requirements of any given bonus.
2.5 If you did not make a deposit prior to receiving a bonus, you would not be able to withdraw more than 100 EUR/CAD.
2.6 If You request a withdrawal, all pending bonuses will be voided.
2.7 Free rounds or free spins bonuses are exempt from wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the given promotion.
2.8 Any User seeking and using tactics to take advantage of the bonus system by using an unusual pattern will be highly monitored. Wild Sultan reserves the right to void any winnings derived from abusive behaviour. Users that abuse the bonus system are negatively affecting the potential winnings of Our users that play fairly.

2.10 The maximum wagering bonus that can be converted into real money is 1,000x the original bonus amount.
2.11 All of our deposit offers are valid between 1 and 7 days and can only be used once unless stated otherwise.
2.12 The maximum bet, when playing with bonus funds is 5 EUR/CAD on slot machines and 50 EUR/CAD on table games or live casino. Placing bets above that limit may result in the confiscation of any winnings and the closure of the account.
2.13 All our bonus funds expire after 30 days.
2.14 Bonus offers are limited to one user per: household, postal address, IP address or phone number.
3. Inactive accounts
3.1. An account that is inactive more than 6 months after the latest active session will be considered inactive.
3.2. We may apply a monthly administration fee of 5.00 Euros or equivalent in other currency for inactive accounts until such accounts are once again active or are no longer in credit.
4. Termination
4.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. The closure of an account may take up to one business day.
4.2 If Wild Sultan becomes aware of suspicious activity that might indicate fraud, money laundering, collusion or cheating, Wild Sultan reserves the right to freeze your account until investigations have concluded. This may result in the permanent closure of your account and the confiscation of any winnings.
4.3 Wild Sultan reserves the right to inform relevant authorities, other online gaming or gambling operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, and You agree to cooperate fully with Us to investigate any such activity.
4.4 Wild Sultan reserves the right to decline the opening of an account or close an existing account without explanation.
4.4.1 All contractual obligations previously made to the account holder will be honoured on the closure of such an account.
4.5 In the event of a breach of Our Terms of Conditions, we reserve the right not to refund your deposit. Refunds of the deposit upon your request will be solely at the discretion of management. If the requested refund has been approved by Wild Sultan, it will only be processed using the same deposit method and only after confirmation of the origin of funds and account. Refunds can be made no earlier than seven days after making a deposit.
4.6 If You close Your account, Your participation in any current or future marketing offer, as well as any pending or granted bonus, will be cancelled.
